How to unlock the Smooth Sailing achievement in Kingdom: New Lands - Definitive Guide

This island is slightly larger than the first and the boat costs around 50 extra gold to build. There is also an added element of a portal in-between you and the dock. Hopefully you have brought some knights with you from the last island so that you can attack the portal quickly. After that its the same strategy as the first island.
