to call in Rain Of Fire on your selected location. The cooldown is 1 min 20 secs (yep, I timed it), but is shortened if you feel confident to call waves earlier by pressing 
. The sooner a wave is called, the faster Rain Of Fire will be ready.
The Rain of Fire icon is at the bottom left of the screen with a fiery rock, between the hero icon and reinforcements icon. A dark veil slowly lowers on the icon until it is ready, just like the reinforcements icon.
This is easily done on Mission 3: Pagras as it has 11 waves. To ensure plenty of time, drop the meteors as soon as it is available, regardless of enemy grouping, unless there's a strategy to calling waves in early.
This is made even easier if you unlock the first Hero, Sir Gerald Lightseeker, by reaching Mission 4 and then replaying Mission 3.
