How to unlock the Constructor achievement in Kingdom Rush - Definitive Guide

[From the architect achievement guide.]
Load up stage 1: Southport. Do NOT press
to start a wave, or just play the game and this will unlock naturally.
Use
to select a strategic point, and press 
to bring up the radial tower select. Keep it on the Archer Tower.
Press to place it.
Keeping that tower highlighted, press to "Sell Tower".
Press to confirm.
REPEAT this 149x more simply by spamming the button. All money is refunded because the level hasn't started yet. Takes about 8 minutes.
These achievements will also unlock:
- REAL ESTATE (to sell 30 towers)
- CONSTRUCTOR (build 30 towers)
- ENGINEER (build 100 towers)
- ARCHITECT (build 150 towers)
