You will get this on the 12th campaign mission. The Dark Tower. Just FYI, there are plenty more missions after #12, but this is the mission you need to finish to earn the "finish the campaign" achievements.

Do you know if after beating the campaign on normal you can replay the levels for veteran? So you have all your unlocks etc. Or does that need to be done on a new save file?
