Select the Archer Tower and press to place it.
Press again on the tower to sell it.
Press again to sell it.
REPEAT this 4x more to unlock the achievement. All money is refunded since the level hasn't started yet.

After selecting a tower you can see the option to upgrade or sell.
Most maps have a start point, and an end point. After the final wave, you can easily sell off your towers once the enemies have passed them.
Or just build towers and sell them all straight away. But there’s a slightly penalty in how much you get back from selling.
