You can do this on the easiest difficulty (Casual), and I'd recommend doing so to make this as painless as possible. Also, while it says "all" it really just means the Story missions (those on the dotted line), not any that unlocked after the finale.
As for the levels themselves, I take no credit for this guide but wanted to make sure folks knew where to find it quickly & easily. Not sure how but this and the heroic both unlocked for me upon beating them on Forsaken Valley. I have another four levels on both heroic and iron that I haven't yet done!

Interesting! I went through Heroic in reverse order and had to finish them all. I'm doing Iron in story order but still have 5 or 6 left. I'm playing on PC for reference.
...thinking about this some more - do you mean 4 more story missions (those on the dotted line) or ALL missions? You don't have to do the extra ones that unlock after the finale for either achievement. I'm adding a note in the solution to make that clear either way
