Note: I play this game on PC with mouse, I don't know how to unlock this achievement on Xbox with controller, please tell me if you know.
When an enemy is turned into a sheep by the magic tower, keep clicking the sheep with your mouse and kill it, then repeat 10 times, the achievement is yours.
BUT, there is another easy method. In the first level, you can find 8 sheep on the map, they are not enemies, they are just cute sheep, killing them works, too.
On the console, you can push in on the left thumbstick 
to turn into a hand that you can then click things =)

There are sheep on levvel 4 as welll. Just got this and the catch a fish in like 30 seconds on that level

Can confirm. Kill the sheep on lvl 1. Restart. And kill a few more. Takes 5 seconds

Fun Fact: Definition: OVINOPHOBIA - fear of sheep
(On Xbox) Load up the first level Southport. No need to press
to start the wave.
Click to change to a POINTING, BROWN-GLOVED CURSOR.
There are 8 sheep off the beaten path: 5 in the middle by the windmills, 3 at the center bottom.
Hover the pointed end of the glove over a sheep and press
8x until it splatters or explodes. Do this with all 8 sheep.
Press
and select restart, then repeat on 2 more sheep. Congrats.
