When you complete the main campaign you unlock a series of extra tougher levels.
One of these is called Rotwick, it’s at the north east of the world map.
In the level there is a sewer gate in the north west of the level.
Click it. *Ding*.
(You click the left stick in to have a free moving cursor).

Small suggestion to improve your solution would be to just add that you need to press in the left stick in order to be able to select and click there.
