Once All The Pieces Have Been Attatched, The Boat Will Move To The Dock. (Marked With a Red Bell)
Ringing This Bell (2 Coins) Will Call Up To-
3 Builders
4 Archers
3 Squires/Knights and Their Archers
Once Everyone Boards, Paying The Coins For The Boats Voyage Before Day Six Ends* Will Pop The Achievement.

It Helps You Build Your Outer-most Wall On The Other Side Of The Boat, To Protect Your Builders From Greed While They Fix It.

That Said, I Still Had Time To Get From One End Of The Map And Then To The Other As Well, So I Was Able To Look For Chests, Which Made Putting Up Walls and Buying Builders To Fix The Boat Much Easier.
-*I Have Heard Of This popping On Day 7ish Even Though "The Guy" Thought He Ran Out Of Time, So Pay For That Voyage Either Way Before You Hit New Game Again.
