How to unlock the Good Luck Follows You achievement in Kingdoms & Lords - Definitive Guide

What this means is that you need to win 50 battles with only one unit in play when the battle ends. Whether or not you begin the battle with more than one unit doesn't matter, as long as only one is alive/present at the end, it will count towards your total.

I suggest playing the game normally until you unlock the ability to recruit Dread Knights at level 23. Play the second battle against the Barbarian General, and only use your one Dread Knight. If you focus on the spear guy first and then the axe user, you are pretty much guaranteed to win every time. Repeat this 49 more times, and you'll have your achievement.

Thanks smile I figured something like that would work as well, but I didn't bother experimenting. Heavy Cavalry might do the job unupgraded, I just happened to win a Dread Knight in the lottery, that was the only reason I used one laugh

For some reason I was thinking this was those stupid battles in the bottom left. Thank you so much that it isn't.

Thanks for the solution, thumbs up.

I used a Spear Samurai with 4 Exuberant Life skills equipped in the first battle of the Barbarian General campaign. I found my Samurai would win 95% of the time, with the advantage that it is available much earlier in the game.

He can win against the first fight, but I found that it can be important to also have an upgrade on the unit. Sometimes with the right combo of misses and criticals, I've had a dread knight lose to two units before.

Easily done with the 3rd tier spear unit and dark horse unit, even with no upgrades. This popped for me after I won a 4v4 battle for some reason, though. I had all 4 left at the end.

This achievement requires that you win a total of 50 battles with only a single soldier remaining. This can be boss battles, random battles, and battles against friends. It does not matter how many soldiers you or the opponent starts with, but you must WIN the battle with ONLY ONE soldier remaining. These types of outcomes are generally rare, but you can easily boost this in the first boss battle against the Barbarian General at any point. From the World Map (Tasks>Click on the globe), click on the Southland Basin and tap the picture of the General. Select Battle #1 and begin (requires two energy). Place only a single, strong soldier to battle the two axe men. Any mid-to-high level cavalry or spearman unit will do. Win the battle and repeat until you reach 50. It only uses two energy each time so this will not take too long. You can check your progress towards this achievement under Tools>Achievements (there is a counter).
