How to unlock the I Regret Nothing achievement in Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - Definitive Guide

Once you enter Idylla you will get a cutscene where Secandra tells you to watch out for the big square hole in the middle of Idylla. just walk towards it and press "A" to jump down.
And *Ding* achievement unlocked

It could be that you don't get an auto save so don't forget to save!

**UPDATES MIGHT MAKE THE ACHIEVEMENT UNABLE TO UNLUCK**

to prevent this, what you have to do delete the DLC and ALL updates!
download the DLC again. after that. start the game but DO NOT download any update! there might be a bug in a update to prevent you from getting the achievement.

after starting up the game, create or load up you file. (You might need to start a new file. not sure yet)
if load up just head toward the square in the middle of Idylla and jump down!
if this doesn't work, create a new file and go straight for ToN and start from the beginning of the DLC once up in Idylla, jump down and *Ding* the achievement should unlock!

You might need to start a new file. not sure yet.

**ON DEMAND PLAYERS**

delete both dlcs, download them again. making sure Legend of dead Kel is installed first. Then Teeth of Naros. Load up your save file, jump off the cliff and you should unlock it.

Many people report of the game will freeze. Still the achievement unlocks.

Just a note that you can come back to this giant pit any time to make your suicide jump. I did it after I had completed the main story line. Just walked up to the edge and it prompted me to jump, so I did. Blip! Achievement unlocked.

Just wanted to add that I too got this achievement without deleting any updates. Prior to jumping, I did complete the Dead Kel DLC and a few story quests and side quests for Teeth before I made the leap. No issues here.

+1 From me. It is 12/02/14 and I got this. I also already had both DLC's downloaded prior to popping the game in. So it was good, at least for me.

Now that this is BC and people will probably start playing it again, I figured I'd note that I was unable to unlock this achievement on XboxOne but was able to when I went back to play it on my 360 from my XboxOne cloud save.

Has anyone figured out a workaround for BC players? Guess I gotta get another 360.

I can't play this game on my 360 because it's region blocked, yet via BC I can't get this achievement. What a bummer.

I was not able to get this to unlock on XB1 and decided to try what VortexWx posted. I dusted off my 360, popped in the KoA game disc, and created a new character on the hard drive (did not want to mess up my cloud saves as it said they were still syncing). I ran straight to Naros skipping as many enemies as possible, did the jump, and poof it unlocked! If you're BC and having issues, try hitting up a friend with the 360. It takes about 30-40 minutes with a new character on casual to get it; immediate if your cloud saves are properly sync'd.

I read this solution and the issue just after starting ToN DLC. I deleted both DLC packs and installed them in the order described in advance of progressing the DLC and this unlocked.

I just got the achievement without deleting any updates, I did however run off and do a bunch of sidequests and then jumped in BEFORE the cutscene with Secandra (the achievement popped, but my game froze and I had to restart my Xbox).

+1 from me. As an on demand player, I tried everything to get this achievement. No avail. Even doing what BlinkFandangoII said in doing it before the cutscene. Had to delete the DLC's and made sure Dead Kel was done downloading before downloading the Teeth DLC. Worked the first time I took a leap. Thanks

For those who are having trouble getting both Murder Most Fowl and I Regret Nothing on Xbox One BC, here is how I did it.

- Uninstall the main game and all the dlcs.
- Reinstall the main game first.
- ONLY reinstall Teeth of Naros dlc.
- Start a new character on casual.
- run to the location where the dlc starts.
- For I Regret Nothing just go through the first main dlc storyline to get into Idylla. When you see the big hole in the middle of the city just jump down and the achievo will pop.
- For Murder Most Fowl just follow Crazy Monk NL's guide. When you kill up to 50 Pteryx the achievo should be yours.

You can do this as soon as you first get to Idylla. When in Idylla, there's a huge pit in the middle of the city. Simply walk up to the edge, and press the command to jump off. You'll die and the achievement will pop. Save beforehand of course. This may seem missable because at a certain point during the main quest, the city becomes inaccessible. After completion of the main quest line however, you'll gain access to the city again and can jump to your death as you please.

After the Main quest 'Rites of Passage' you can teleport to Idylla. In the middle of the city is a huge square hole. (Secandra will even tell you to mind your step when doing the 'Shapen in Inquity' Main quest when you’re close to the hole.) If you stand close to the edge, you can press :cross: to jump down. Be careful though, this counts as a normal death, which means you’ll have to reload your latest save or a save to your liking afterwards.
