How to unlock the Reborn achievement in Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - Definitive Guide
Reborn is the name of the achievement and this one is definitely story-related.
All you have to do is go through your first dungeon and complete it successfully, which shouldn't be too bad on any of the difficulties, even on Hard. None of the enemies inside are powerful enough to stop you and you'll earn good equipment to withstand any punishment from their assaults. Once you defeat the rock troll and his two guards and exit the Well Of Souls, the achievement should unlock. It's really simple! Have fun and good luck!

This trophy is called Reborn and is awarded for completing the first area of the game (The Well Of Souls). From the start of the game, you progress pretty linearly along the level. This area serves as a tutorial as Encel (the Gnome which accompanies you after you save him) continually has you try some of the game's different weapons and magic as you make your way through.
At the end of the level you will face off against a Troll and 2 Tuatha. As combat can go a number of different ways (one of this game's greatest strengths) I will not outline a strategy, but will mention to watch out when the Troll raises the club over his head and charges you, his hit will do massive damage.
After they are defeated, head up the stairs and out into the lands of Dalentarth. As soon as the game loads with you outside, your quest should complete and this trophy should unlock.

You must complete the Main Quest "Out of the Darkness".
It is the the first quest you ever receive and guides you through the tutorial. The quest is finished once you leave the tower, get a glimpse of the outside world and reach a man named Agarth a little way down the path.
