How to unlock the Scholia Arcana achievement in Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - Definitive Guide

I just thought I would post about where to start this questline since it is hard to find, at least it was for me. You can pick up this questline in the city of Rathir in the NorthEast corner of the main island. You have visited this city if you went through the Warsworn quest.

When you enter Rathir, check the local map and find the "door" that leads to the "Upper City". It is near the center where all the merchants are. Once you enter the "Upper City", head south along a long path and you will find the Scholia Arcana main hall. Enter and talk to the elf behind the desk in front of you and he will point you on your way.

I have also read you can get started in Ysa, and thanks to GenericCow that has been confirmed. There is a Scholia Arcana embassy there. GC also confirmed that there is likely no stat requirements as he is invested in might and got the quest.

Is there any chance you could include the questline, i.e the names of the quests, how many there are, just general information, for example, I'm on The Unquiet Bride and have no idea whether or not, I'm at the start or close the end of the Scholia Arcana questline.

I had a hard time just finding all this. It sadly took me two hours to understand what the "text solution" meant. Personally, I like seeing an image, detailing exactly where I can find these locations. A map showing where this "Ysa" is, as well as a map showing where you can find the embassy's.

Ysa is forced upon you in the main story IIRC

I can confirm that the questline can be started from Ysa. There is a quest giver in the Scholia embassy that will lead you to taking the Trial of Initiation in the Delving Hall next to the embassy. There is also a side quest for the Scholia available in the same location.

I don't believe there are any stat requirements, as I was fully invested in the Might tree when I picked up the quest.

To begin this questline, you need to have access to the city of Ysa, in Dalentarth. There you will find a Scholia Arcana embassy where you can begin this questline. An ambassadorial delegation from the Scholia Arcana will be on the delegation grounds (it's in the south in the Ysa Gardens); one of their number will initiate you into this faction's quests starting with the mission Trial by Fire.

- The Unquiet Bride
- Shardfall
-Lightning in a Bottle
- A Crowded Mind (determines Twist of Fate)
- Revelation

After you complete the quest "Revelation" you will unlock this trophy as well as

The entrance to the city of Ysa (found in Sidhe, east of Gorhart) houses the NPC Sola who will point you towards the city of Caer Nyralim to the southwest. Again follow the long chain and you will unlock this achievement. To further clarify, once inside Ysa the Scholia Arcana house is the southernmost building. There you will find "Docent Augra;" she will start your chain with the quest "Trial by Fire."

You can start the Scholia Arcana quest line by visiting Wren Penderghast at the Scholia Arcana at Tywili Coast, Rathir: Upper city. You can also start it by talking to Docent Augra Tenet in the Scholia Arcana Embassy at the Gardens of Ysa

All other guild missions seem to be woven into the plot, but this guild is located in the Gardens of Ysa and you can walk past it simply when you get there according to the plot, inspect all the premises and find a door with a burning blue guild emblem.
