The Giant Battle Turtle is the boss of the Blue Moon Lake location. The turtle has two melee attacks, one creates freezing rain around it, the second attacks with a cone in front of it, plus it has protection against physical attacks. So it's ideal to hit her with attacking magic to avoid getting hit by her attacks. This boss is partially a story boss, you will need to get her shell to advance in the story, but the shell can also be bought from Pumpkin.
