For this achievement, you will need to make a hat. You can do this once you reach Rivero Fortress.
The easiest and cheapest hat you can make is the Mushroom Hat.
For this, you will need 15 toadstools which you can get by killing Shroomies in River Dungeon (you'll access this place as you progress the story and before you read the Fortress). You can keep leaving and reentering the same floors to keep spawning the mobs until you have enough toadstools.
And 2k coins. I got most of mine by selling crops and completing quests, it's not hard to amass that amount to be fair.
Once you have the items, head to the fortress and find the blacksmith bear who is at the north of the map. Then just make the hat and the achievement is yours!
