Very simple with a 2nd controller.
Set up a local game of Battle Royale.
Set the rounds to win to 1. In Variants set bots to "No Bots".
Load the game on the first map, win the round by killing your 2nd controllers knight with the 1st controller.
Then repeat for the ice map youll unlock from winning the first game, winning the ice map will unlock a sort of woodlandy map, win that and youll unlock the desert mapn And of course this achievement!
