Using a 2nd Controller.
Set up a local game of capture the flag. Set the time to as long as possible to ensure you have time.
Set the variants to "No Bots" and turn the item spawn speed to fast, and turn off all items apart from Kamikaze.
Start the game and grab the other flag, wait for a kamikaze close to your base to spawn, grab it and fly into your base.
The flag will be captured and you will unlock this achievement!
