Start a local game with 2 controllers.
Once at the screen where you choose the game mode and map, will be an option named Variants. Click on this and set Bots to None. This will make the achievement simple. Set game time to 1 minute 30 seconds to be sure and start. You can also set crystal health to 5 yo make this easier.
Start the game, and pick up the Drill weapon, then proceed to destroy all of the enemy crystals.
