Once at the screen where you choose the game mode and map, will be an option named Variants. Click on this and set Bots to None. This will make the achievement simple. Set game time to 1 minute 30 seconds to be sure and start.
Start a Juggernaut game and pick up the mini gun and hold onto it for the minute and achievement will unlock.
