Using a 2nd controller.
Start a local game of payload, set the speed to fast to make it a little quicker.
In variants set to "No Bots"
Using your 2nd controller push the payload all the way to your base, when its almost there stop and move out the way.
Grab your original controller and start pushing it all the way back to the 2nd controller base. Once it explodes the achievement should pop!
