Find any big group of bushes, (there is a good one one hole five of the golf course) and just worm your way around them. Loot will respawn in random single bushes out of the cluster. There is no need to kick the bush. Listen out for a 'ching sound' and collect.

When walking or biking through the bushes, you will sometimes get shiny trinkets (stickers) out of them. Collect 200 of these for the trophy. This will likely not come naturally so you might want to focus on hitting a lot of bushes on your way to the several locations.

This trophy is titled Diamond in the Rough and it requires you to find 200 pieces of loot in the bushes all across Penfurzy Island.
Once Day 1 has been completed, unlocking

then you will be able to travel outside Demelza's caravan and begin making progress on this trophy. Simply walk through bushes anywhere in the game and every 10-20 seconds, a *ting* sound will play and a golden piece of loot will pop out from the bush. Walk close to it and it will get picked up by Nessa or Demelza. Repeat this process 200 times to unlock the trophy.
