Knights and Bikes

In the Western part of the map (North of the Caravan Park and South of the Junk Yard) is a big hayfield. To the top of the field is a small building you can enter where you'll find one of the collectibles as well. Upon exiting the building you'll automatically be suited up in a haystack and the trophy will pop.
