As you walk passed a jungle gym section, early in the theme park, you will find an empty mascot. Press 
on it to unlock this achievement (not the ones that attack you but looks like them).

When in the Theme Park area you can spot a cut-out head of a Piskie. Interact with it using 
to stand behind it and obtain this trophy. The head can be found not too far into the Piskie Park, see my picture below for reference.
