Click on the video and it will jump exactly at the section that covers the Wilderness Treasure Tins.

To obtain this trophy you'll need to find all the red treasure tins in this area. There are a total of 11 collectibles to be found in the wilderness (open world/hub of the game) and these are among the hardest to find.
