At the Chromatic Nest location you will have a L70 mission available which consists of fighting 5 different dragons one at a time. Upon completion you will be teleported to your kitchen and the achievement will unlock.
Although the mission states it is L70 I completed it with characters ranging from L40-43 without too much difficulty.
Once in the kitchen you will fight the hardest enemy in the game. If you aren’t prepared you can flee the battle and will end up back in the kitchen. You cannot travel from this location unless you save and quit. Upon reloading the game you’ll be in a cave where you can rest and try fighting the enemy again or you can abandon the mission. It is not tied to any achievement.

Managed to do this quest with 38 lv group but my armor was highest level and weapons one lv under.
