To create a "weird" combination you'll have to pair up a character passive with a class that wont benefit from it. Something like a tank-role character with a support or damage dealing class combination.

I personally did this with a Grandma/Mage combination, with Grandma being a tanky character (+2 to threat), and Mage being a low-healt and low-threat damage dealer type.
