Knights of Pen & Paper 2 Deluxiest Edition

This achievement is for collecting 10 unique items. Unique items have a blue background. There are also a few items with a green background (and most crafted equipment has this background). I had the achievement before I got any green items, so I'm not sure if they count, but since crafted stuff is green I would assume not. Doing all the story and side quests will get you more than ten items, but you can get the achievement much sooner via investigation. A lot of the prizes for investigation are unique items. First I'll list the unique items from quests in the order I found them, followed by investigation and then finally from events. These are the ones I've found, not sure if there are more.

Quests

Account Ant Side Quest - Simply agree to get the Mystic Compass.
Red Dye Side Quest - You get a Blade Shield after finishing this quest.
Banana Split Side Quest - When you finish it you'll get the Bowl of Plenty
Ori-Gami or Bust Story Quest - You'll get the Mirror of Inward Reflection when you finish this quest.
Lord of All Monsters Story Quest - Finish this quest for the Sword of Gin-Su.
D is for Defeat Monster Side Quest - When you finish it you'll get the Red Icosahedron.
D is for Death Side Quest - When you finish this quest you'll get the Blue Icosahedron.
D might be for Da Treasure Side Quest - You complete this quest immediately after taking it. Eventually you'll be attacked by the boss in a random area, and when you beat him you'll get the Green Icosahedron. It happened in Spawn Point Village for me.
Tarasquerade Side Quest - You get the Tarasque Scale from finishing this quest.
Crouching D Hidden Tarasque Side Quest - You get the Tarasque Claw from finishing this quest.
The Horseor - You get the Chainmail Bikini from finishing this.
Dragon Up the Past Story Quest - After finishing it you'll get Gauntlets of Strength.
Dragon Daily Double Story Quest - Complete this for Boots of Speed.
Crystal Caverns - Beat the boss for the Helmet of Power.
Boss fight in Expandria Castle - I apparently forgot to write down the story quest this comes from, but you get the Chromatic Pendant from it.
Lower Tunnels - The boss of this dungeon gives you the Cloak of Camouflage.
High School - The boss of this 1 floor dungeons gives you the Cube of Life.
Virtual Reality Pt. 4 Side Quest - You'll get the Cube of Energy after beating the bosses.

Investigation

Spawn Point Village - Enchanted Cushion, last prize
The Vault - Jumpsuit, last prize
Meadows - Viper Fangs, last prize
Nameless Bridge - Troll Snot, last prize
Graveyard - Three-Handed Sword
The Wall - Dragon Egg, last prize
Zeroth Point - Ancient Idol and Voodoo Doll, only prizes
Steam Flats - Volcanic Rock, only prize
Orienting Village - Paper Hat, last prize
Monastery - Spirit Beads, last prize

Events

Events happen randomly. The Mystic Compass boosts the chance of a special event, and there's a game room item that boosts the chance as well.

Astral Goose Roast - You get this from an event that is basically a ghostbusters parody.
Rabbit's Paw - You'll get this from an event that will spawn a side quest at The Wall. It's against the strongest enemy in the game, but the item is broke. Which continues the long tradition of games giving you amazing shit when you've done everything. Thanks guys.
