You need to create a Female Dwarf
This is thus ONLY "missable" if you create all classes available ingame, without the F/D combo.
Simplest way, in case you arent a fan of KEEPING said creation, is to start a new game, spam
to quickly get past the tutorial, and create your Female Dwarf. The achievement pops shortly after creation, freeing you to go back to the menu (
) to continue... Assuming you ARENT a fan of women in beards

Just add a Female Dwarf as a character. I did a cheerleader dwarf Hunter. You can always create new characters while in the game on the bar if you want to that were not used before.
