It will come after you beat the quest "The End is Night!". It's a level 21 quest.
My general top tips:
- Be at least level 25;
- Have 10 health potions, 10 energy potions and 10 Phoenix Up feathers;
- Have a balanced party consisting of:
- [TANK] Paladin or Knight, Human or Dwarf, with tank skills maxed and high threat;
- [MELEE ATTACKER] Warrior, Human or Dwarf, with Power Lunge and Cleave maxed out;
- [STEALTH ATTACKER] Thief or Ninja, Elf, with attack skills maxed out and high critical;
- [MAGICAL ATTACKER] Mage, Human, with Frostbite and Chain Lightning maxed out equally;
- [HEALER] Cleric, Human, with Radiance and Purge maxed out, eventually dropping some points on Restoration.
