Knockout City Servers have officially shut down & this achievement, like all others have been discontinued & now unobtainable.
Original Solution: To obtain this achievement, you need to complete 100 contracts (in game missions/objectives) of any type.
This'll take a while but eventually you'll be ticking off the different contracts as you grind along to this game. Also try and get in a crew with other players, this'll help towards progressing this achievement by completing the crew contracts!

Does anyone know if this is still currently doable?
I’m sat at 56/100 and there aren’t anymore one time contracts to do. I have the career ones but they all have stages and seems the stages don’t count if you progress them, done all the big hugs event ones too so i’m guessing there’s no more? 😭
