When you are in the hub area you will notice a dummy and just go to it and hit X on it to knock it off. Make sure you knock him off the roof in one go from his original spot or it will not unlock

Just to back up VirtualVillainy here, I thought it wasn't popping for me, but I noted I accidentally fell off the roof and respawned before kicking the dummy off the roof. After quitting the game and restarting it, it popped fine on the next (fall free) attempt.

The trick is you have to do it first time that you enter the hideout, if you mess up leave and try again.

People should try this again as it look like it's fixed now.

Its fixed and you can do in same hideout lobby that you messed up in, just wait a little then do a fully charged tackle and when he falls off roof from a single tackle from where he usually stands then achievement will pop.

When ur in the hub go to the dummy and press x to hit them off the roof.

When i first got the game I usally go for the dummy and knock it off the roof and it did not unlock. but a day later i tackled the dummy and it gave me the achievement.
