Kona II: Brume

A note about this... you have to be holding 100 spare parts for this to pop. The same is true of the 40 batteries. I used a lot of these when I got to the Old House, and after I realized how many I'd used compared with how many I'd picked up, I reloaded from an earlier save.

You don't have to fix the house when you first get there, you can wait until later, after you've gone around a bit more and collected 100 for the achievement. It won't really slow down the narrative that much, either. You can talk to the people at the house, then continue with the story. You have to go back to the house anyway, and you can fix it after you have enough.
