Kona II: Brume

This seems to be inaccurate, but in a good way. You can reload the checkpoint before the end of the game and return anywhere to fill in blanks. That said, I suggest filing them in as you go. I got to the end needing a single space in the 4th chapter, but the game wouldn't give me a prompt. I reloaded a save from chapter 1 and went back through the game. It popped when I finished the 4th chapter.

At this point, I had blanks in my current playthrough for the part at the beginning before the mansion, since i was going to finish the 4th chapter before going back. . I also had blanks for the ending. Therefore, it seems like either:
1. Progress carries across plays (especially since I finished the game and filled in the end of the journal the first play), or
2. Popping the 4 journal achievements pops the last one.
