The mage is the best character to use since you can freeze enemies. Kill 10 while they are frozen to get this achievement.
This is my achievement walkthrough which is a run through of the game and achievements.

The, Pants, Party
For this achievement, you will need to switch your on-screen character to the mage with 
and then use her 
attack to shoot ice at enemies. After a few shots, a large block of ice will encompass their body and they will stop moving. Continue to attack them with anything you'd like (I always switch to the warrior) and so long as you kill them before the ice disappears, it will count toward this achievement. Repeat nine more times.
