Just DON'T block at all in a level. I didn't really use the block at all in the game. But in Level Zero there isn't really anything you need to block so that a good level to do it on.

Personally I don't think I ever blocked until fighting Tai Long on Dragon Warrior difficulty.

You can make it easy in the first lv, becaue if you start the game you dont realy look how to block and you use full time your atks

You can get this achievement pretty easily in the first level. Although I was aware that the achievement existed, I didn't block just out of being new to the game in the first level and survived just fine on the harder difficulty without any cheats, so. Just mash your X and Y buttons and you'll stay perfectly fine protected, plus there are plenty of weapons available in the first level, and it's mostly a tutorial of sorts. Just make sure to accomplish all the other goals of the level.
