The easiest way to earn this achievement is to repeatedly perform the Panda Quake attack (jump then press B in the air).
If you have fully upgraded your Panda Quake attack, reload the first level and when you reach the big fight at the end, wait until you have a lot of enemies around you and then just pound away and the jump and B buttons. Make sure you press jump as soon as you land otherwise you won't be able to get the next hit in before the combo ends. I managed to get a hit counter of almost 30 using this method. It's cheap, but it works.
Also, make sure you have full Chi, or are using the infinite Chi cheat otherwise you may run out of Chi whilst trying the above method.

Easy achievement, but if you're still having problems, the final battle is another good place. I got a 50 hit combo, and that was without the Infinite Chi cheat.

The easiest way I found to get this achievement was to use panda quake as well. It will work on any level but I found the best place was the training mission on Level 0. After you do the first room they ask you to try a few moves then they drop a ton of dummies down for you to quake. get in the middle area and upgrade it if you can, bam! achievement popped no trying to string together combos on boars.

I can't figure out how to get to the training room???

Its one of the main story levels...just play the game until you get to level 3 "Level Zero" is the name and you are in the Training Facility of the 5 heros. Master Shifu and the others. There will be a part that asks you to kill dummies a certain way and there are like 8 of them or so...just panda quake instead of doing what it tells you to do.

Ok so I tried to do it the way that it's here and it didn't work for me. When I got I wasn't even going for it but I could make it happen again over and over again.
This is the mission where you defend the palace for the first time and you are trying to stop the pigs from stealing the treasures. After the fourth wave the game sends you to the red room to close the overhead trapdoor. Go ahead and do that and kill that big pig after that. After you kill that pig wait in the corridor that leads back to the main hall and wait for the little pigs but don't kill any of them.
When there's a lot of the pigs go ahead and do the panda quake, (yeah it helps if you have the panda quake maxed out,) and kill all the pigs and you should get something like 16 or 17 hit combo and the achievement should pop.

Okay, this is another Solution that may work for you. In the level Wudang Rescue you get to playe with Master Shifu. There will be several times where you have lots of enemies to kill at the same time, so run until you have at least 10 chasing you, then Jump with A and then in the air press B, you will hit them on their heads and continue pressing B until you have the 15 hit chain. Note:Sometimes It takes about two hits to kill an enemy, so if you have 10 chasing you, that will be like 17 -20 in a hit chain.
I don't know if this is the easy way but that's how I got the Achievement.
