Since the lobbies are essentially non-existent (even with cross play), your best bet is to double box or find a boosting partner.
Quick matches use default game settings (3:00, highest score wins, sudden death for a tie). It doesn't matter if you win or lose, the achievement will unlock at the end of the match.
