How to unlock the A Gathering of Masters achievement in Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess - Definitive Guide

There are totally 12 roles need to be fully upgraded to their maximum level (level 6) for this achievement to unlock, the total amount of Musubi needed is 1,030 currently(7/24/2024), a breakdown of how much each role costs in total as below:
Note: Capcom made some changes of amounts through the latest update 2 days ago (7/22/2024), and these might change again due to future updates, I will update as quick as possible once new updates roll out.
Musubi is awarded by mainly 3 ways:
1. Completing Level Objectives
Each regular level has 5 objectives, 3 becomes visible for completing it the very first time, the remaining 2 becomes available by starting New Game+, each objective gives 10 whereas 1 or 2 objectives give only 5, all are awarded at level complete screen. Some levels award a Mazo Talisman for completing the first objective instead of Musubi. You will get a lot by doing this as you go for the final achievements of this game:

Boss fights levels only have one single objective compared to regular levels
2. Repairing Broken Structures
Bases become available after beating corresponding levels, the broken structures which give Musubi is displayed with a sign of it (A pink small bag), however some might not show what kinds of reward they give after repairing. Each awards 5 Musubi, but multiple broken structures can be repaired from different bases simultaneously between levels.
3. From Black Chests
Each regular level has 1 or 2 partially buried black chests, some are locked that required the thief role level 3 to dig and unlock it. Each of those gives 5 Musubi. Emptied/remaining black chests are shown at the level starting screen
A good feature that the game offers is Musubi refunds at any time, You can temporarily refund all Soh's upgrades and use those Musubi for the remaining roles once you are close to fully upgraded state, and then undo the process after the achievement pops.
