Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess

After purifying Myoko Pass (second mission; first if you don't count the prologue as a mission), the area you purified will become your base. At that base is a tent you can enter to save, change talismans, view unlockables etc. Simply stand at the tent entrance, press B, and the achievement will pop.
