Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess

There are 12 roles in total to assign villagers to unlock this achievement, all gets unlocked through story progression. It seems all 12 roles have to be assigned in a same level instead of accumulating assigned roles through different levels, but all can be done by assigning one single villager all the roles one by one if you have enough crystals.

There are 2 levels that have the same objective to assign all 12 roles to villagers as you go for the potentially final achievement to complete all objectives of both the first and a new game+ playthroughs


However If you want this earlier, assuming that you already got all 3 cost reduction Mazo Talismans, a good level gives 500 crystals from the very beginning, another 1,500 crystals after and with some Mazo Talisman of reducing costs and Tsuba Guard moves, it can be done easily.
