There’s an easy way to do this stage and get all of the optional objectives (for the first play through at least)…
Simply ignore assigning villagers roles!
(With one caveat)
Go through and purify the villagers and everything else. Assign one villager the Thief role to grab the treasures, then get your villagers to clear the obstruction to gain access to an area with the black-box treasure and final villager.
You will easily get 2000 crystals and that is all you need to complete the stage - just head straight to Yoshiro and hold down B once night falls.
