This enemy spawns at night on the Moegi Ridge level, I've also had it appear on multiple levels after. It appears as a box with legs and will run from you. After a bit it will lay down and eventually disappear like Treasure Goblins in Diablo. Destroy it before it disappears and the achievement is yours!

I would like to add that he's pretty tough, so even attacking him with Tsuba Guard with Mazo Talismans boosting your strenght could be not enough to kill him before he start to run away. Sorcerers spell can kill him instantly regardless of what Mazo Talismans youre using and it's the best way.
