Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess

Ema Plaques are small wooden board with a drawing being hung on a bulletin-like wooden shelf, the role of Ema Plagues are to view enemy appearances as the game doesn't provide any reference of enemies except their first appearances. There is one shelf can be found at each base near each Yoshiro's tent as the achievement picture shows how it’s looks like, each piece of plaques gets unlocked by repairing a single broken structure in bases, and bases become available upon beating corresponding levels. A total of 60 Ema Plagues is required for this achievement, it should unlock by repairing the final piece of structure. The last one is unlocked by defeating the final boss of New Game+ playthrough

Some broken structures show what kind of reward is given after repair, the small wooden board means Ema Plagues, others are Musubi and sweets. Larger broken structures take 2 levels and more villagers to complete repairing, but multiple bases can be repaired at the same time to achieve this quicker.
