Start a new game and skip through the text using RB & X.

Once you get to the first dialog option make a save in Slot #1.

For the first playthrough always choose the top dialog option and eventually you will be returned to the main menu and Unlock 10/14 Achievements.

Now this time from the main menu select "Ascend" and skip through the dialog to Unlock "Reunion"

Now Load Save #1 and this time always choose the very bottom option and eventually you will unlock the final three achievements 14/14.
