Escort Heather Swanson to Arnett's apartment without damaging your vehicle. Details for this achievement will be revealed once unlocked
How to unlock the Chauffeur Service achievement in L.A. Noire - Definitive Guide
You will reach a point in the case where you have to transport two passengers to henry Arnetts apartment.
This achievement is very simple provided you do two things,
1, turn on your Sirens immediately
2, dont try and get there by the mini map, its some distance. I recommend loading up the map and setting custom waypoints. Doing this I was able to get to the destination by sticking to two main roads. Driving in a straight line massively decreases your chances of crashing
Case: The Naked City [Vice]
Toward the end of the case you will talk to Mrs. Evestrom. Eventually her daughter will come in and you will have to escort her over to Henry Arnett's apartment. It's pretty far away so make sure to drive safe and slow. Use your siren as cars are less likely to get in your way. Drive on the straightest path possible so you don't have to turn down a lot of streets and always be careful at intersections as other cars are fairly reckless. Once you reach Arnett's apartment and watch the short cut-scene the achievement will unlock.
*Missable* In the course of investigating you will travel to interview burglary victim, Mrs. Evestrom, where you (again) meet her daughter, Heather Swanson. You'll be tasked with escorting (driving) Ms. Swanson safely to Henry Arnett's apartment. It is a long distance away and for the trophy you must not strike any object. If in an accident, "Quit Out" and then "Resume," to again return to the Evestrom mansion before escort. The trophy will NOT unlock if continuing after an accident.
Use your siren and watch for cross traffic at intersections. Go slow even though you are using the siren as other cars will not always move over. Pressing will lead your partner to give directions to the location provided you've pinned it on the map. Upon reaching Henry Arnett's apartment the trophy will unlock (following cutscene).
Here is the most direct route with the least turns. Thanks Vuule:

There is quite a long way to go. The main rule is to be extremely careful and without rushing! There are traffic lights at intersections - it is very advisable to remember about them and drive only when they are green. There are quite a few country roads in the area; there is no traffic on them - this is sometimes convenient, but... it is extremely difficult to exit from them onto the main road - be careful when exiting.
If everything was done correctly, then after a slow and tedious long trip there will be a small scene and trophy simultaneously with autosave.
