Location - Juan Garcia Cruz;s residence
As soon as you pull up you will come under fire, however instead of killing them from your location, head to the left and youll see a large white fence, run along this fence then jump over it and you will be at the back of the shooters house, enter the back door then kill the gunmen.
It takes 30 seconds very simple achievement.

As soon as the case starts you'll be instructed to meet Freddie Calhoun. Do so and a short cut-scene will play. After the cut-scene drive over to Juan Garcia Cruz's house. After another short cut-scene, two people wielding Tommy Guns will begin to shoot at you. Stay in cover and proceed down the left side until you reach a wooden fence. Break cover and run alongside the wooden fence until you reach the backyard of Cruz's house. Climb over the fence. If you want to you can also retrieve a weapon from your squad car for greater firepower.
As soon as you reach the back of the house kick down the door and walk up the small porch. As soon as you defeat both enemies the achievement will unlock.

Case: Reefer Madness [Vice]

*Missable* This trophy is earned by killing two suspects located inside the stash house but only after entering the house by way of the back door. Initially you will be tempted to shoot the suspects through the front window but don’t. Leaving cover will also get you killed very quickly. Simply move along the wall to the left and then go down the fence line located to the left of the house. Once you are away from the front of the house, hop the fence and enter through the back door. Once inside you should walk while aiming in anticipation of the two kills needed for the trophy.
