How to unlock the Give My Regards achievement in L.A. Noire - Definitive Guide

This is unlocked in the Naked City Case on Vice.

Right at the end of the case you will be giving chase to the suspect and will eventually get to a roof where the suspect will be climbing a ladder tower with the word BROADWAY vertically.

Shoot all these letters until they fall (2 shots each) and the achievement will unlock. Also dont worry if your Partner shoots letters he did with me and it still unlocked.

At the very end of the game you will chase the suspect onto the roof of the hotel. There's a large tower that he climbs with the word 'Broadway' in bright lights on it. Just shoot every letter until it explodes before you shoot the suspect on the platform and you will easily unlock this achievement.

*Missable* During the final scenes of the game you will have a foot pursuit with a suspect. He will climb a tower of a hotel where the name "Broadway" will be lit in bright lights. Shooting the letters causes the lights to explode. For the trophy, shoot all of the letters out prior to shooting the suspect.

The ending of the Naked City case
When the criminal climbs onto the glowing letters, we don’t shoot at him!!! We shoot at the letters until they all go out or fall, and immediately we get an easy trophy!
And only then - you can safely wet it....

The trophy is very easy. When the scoundrel climbs the tower, shoot at the letters until they all go out. Don’t shoot at the dude because he dies immediately.
