Go up to grab the scientist and then right to lure the monster up all the way.
Go back down to grab the second scientist and go to exit.
Do same with the right side scientists, this time luring the monster on the right downwards.
Circle all the way counter-clockwise back to the exit.

Hello there, folks. We're going to help you get the "Level 16" Achievement in Lab Crisis for completing the sixteenth Level.
This is impossible to miss, as you need to complete Levels to advance through the game.
On Level 16, which looks like this:
I recommend using the specific solution for this one, as we need to time our way past the monsters. Grab the bottom left scientist and upper right one, then bait the monster up and go left, down and right. Bait the right monster down, grabbing the two scientists on the right, then bait it back up, going down and left to the exit.
