Wait for the monster to pass by, and then go grab the bottom three scientists.
Go around clockwise to the exit.

Hello there, folks. We're going to help you get the "Level 17" Achievement in Lab Crisis for completing the seventeenth Level.
This is impossible to miss, as you need to complete Levels to advance through the game.
On Level 17, which looks like this:
Another blue monster that walks the fixed path. Go right and down, beating the blue monster to the lower section. Grab the Scientists and follow the blue monster’s path clockwise to the upper Scientists, then exit to the right.
