On Friday, September 5, go to the general store and talk to Nancy. She'll offer to give you a camera for testing, and you'll want to accept. Press Y to use the camera, and fill up all 12 photographs.
On Saturday, September 6, return to the general store, and talk to Nancy. You'll give her the camera.
On the next work day, return to the general store, and Nancy will have developed the photos to unlock the achievement.

Ha! I don't know if anyone else had this happen, but all the photos turned out blank for me, but the achievement still unlocked! Also, Nancy talked about the photo contest and I entered a blank photo! Stupid, but funny.

Just a FYI: You don't have to return the camera on Saturday. I forgot about the camera and brought it back on Monday.
Just don't wait until the very last day because she needs a work day to develop the photos.

In order to get this achievement you have to do 3 things:
On day 5 at the general store get the camera from nancy then go outside and take 12 pictures.
On day 6 deliver the camera back to nancy at the general store
On day 8 go once more to the general store and get the pictures from nancy – option one 3 times

When you talk with Nancy, she'll tell you that they're opening up a photo-developing station and ask for your help in taking some pictures. Agree to take the pictures and when the conversation is done, you'll have until September 10th to take 12 photos with the camera. Press

You'll need to deliver a box to Nancy on the 10th at which point she'll ask you about the camera and how the photos are coming along. Tell her your quest is complete and you'll return the camera. On September 13th, you'll return to the store to deliver a box. When you talk to Nancy, she'll give you back your developed photos. Exhaust the rest of the dialogue and the trophy will unlock.

This achievement is in three parts and begins on September 5.
Nancy is the clerk in the General Store at 207 Main St. One of your deliveries on September 5 is a package to that address. When you drop off the package, speak with Nancy and she will complain that she will now have to start developing photos and mentions that she was sent a camera and film so she can test the process before officially offering it to customers. After a couple of choices, choose the dialogue option “That's pretty nice actually, I love photography!”. Continue with the conversation, and when the option appears, choose “I'd love to take pictures”, and she will offer the camera to you to take pictures for her. If you do not select this option, you cannot earn the achievement.
Press
to pick up the camera and go about your day. There are 12 pictures you need to take, so as you are making your deliveries, while on foot, press to take out the camera and press 
to take a picture. You can’t return the camera to Nancy until the following day (at the earliest) and until you’ve taken all 12 pictures.
As early as September 6, after you’ve taken all 12 pictures, return to the General Store and talk to Nancy. For the first dialogue option, choose “My photography quest has been completed!” and return the camera. Note that it’s important to return the camera as early as possible since it takes Nancy a day to develop the film. If you wait too long, your stay in Providence Oaks might end before you get a chance to see the photos.
Return to the General Store on September 8 (at the earliest since you aren’t working on September 7), speak to Nancy and she will show you the photos you took (they’re all blank). When the dialogue option appears, choose “Thank you, I’m happy with how they turned out”. She will then inform you that they are running a photography competition to promote the new lab and asks if you want one of your photos submitted. Choose “Oh, that sounds like fun! I’d like to participate” and you will be able to select a photo. Once the conversation ends, the achievement will unlock.
